Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
Damaged product received.
Defective or non-functional product.
Wrong item delivered.
Missing items in the package.
Returns are NOT accepted for:
Change of mind.
Wrong size or color selected by the customer.
Minor color variations (due to lighting or screen differences).
Products damaged due to misuse.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.
Unboxing Video (Mandatory).
To process any return or replacement, an unboxing video is mandatory.
Video must clearly show the sealed package.
Continuous video without cuts.
Product defect/damage must be visible.
Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return or refund.
Replacement & Refund
Replacement is preferred over refund.
If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after approval.
Refund Method
Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method.
COD orders → Refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
Return Shipping
If the issue is from our side (damaged/wrong item), we bear the return shipping cost.
If return is approved for customer-related reasons, customer bears shipping cost.
COD Orders
No returns for change of mind on COD orders.
COD returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong products.
Refunds for COD orders may include deductions (shipping/handling).
Product Condition
Returned products must be:
Unused and unwashed.
In original packaging.
With all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
